This presentation will focus on a K99/R00 grant application proposing a circuit-repair strategy for Alzheimer’s disease. The project tests whether human iPSC-derived MGE-lineage interneuron grafts can restore hippocampal inhibitory balance, normalize early network hyperexcitability, and reduce subsequent tau propagation. This is intended as a work-in-progress discussion, and feedback on the grant structure, Specific Aims, experimental approach, and reviewer-response strategy would be greatly appreciated.
