RARC Interest Group on Cannabis with Dr. Malik Burnett
Join us for the next RARC Interest Group on Cannabis meeting featuring Dr. Malik Burnett on Thursday, May 28, at 1:00 PM. Dr. Burnett will present “In the Weeds: An Overview of the Cannabis Rescheduling Rollercoaster.”
Dr. Burnett is a physician, entrepreneur, and drug policy expert whose work focuses on shifting U.S. drug policy from a criminal justice framework to one grounded in public health. Drawing on his experience in addiction medicine, harm reduction, opioid treatment, and public policy, Dr. Burnett will provide an overview of the evolving cannabis rescheduling landscape and its implications for researchers, clinicians, and public health professionals.
